Refund policy

For Bouquets: Any issues must be reported on the day of pickup or delivery. Since flowers are perishable items, we do not issue refunds. We will review the complaint and if an issue of quality or a mistake is determined on our end, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for the same amount as the original purchase. After initial confirmation of customer satisfaction upon delivery or pickup, we will not exchange a bouquet on the basis of "not liking" the product- only problems with quality will be grounds for exchange. 

For Dahlia Tubers: We guarantee a healthy tuber with a minimum of one eye upon arrival. If an issue is detected, contact us about the problem within 48 hours for a refund to be possible. After the initial 48 hours, we will not accept refund request based on the state of the delivered tuber. Little Flower Co. is not responsible for plant failure due to user error, natural conditions, poor storage or neglect. We are committed to providing only the best quality to our customers and appreciate the quick feedback if a problem is detected.
